Is there a reason this spread sheet places no weight(almost) on square footage?

The weight for SF and Cost are very small, because square footage and cost are represented here in terms approximately 100 times greater than those of the weighted values for each remaining consideration.
The adjusted score is merely the sum of each feature's rating times the factor's relative weight. Make sense?

You should weight sqft and cost 1 through 5 just like everything else, instead of trying to confuse everyone :P
