Tentative agenda: - Review organizational progress (To-do).
- Discuss bylaws. See attached file for IRS requirements/recommendations.
- IF we get our EIN in time, shall we start collecting dues on May 15? (Donations too?)
- If we don't get our EIN by then, we may have to push everything back a month.
- We have 3 viable looking properties. We need 6. Need to re-group our effort and get 3 more!
