General Description: This is the space we have talked about for a while in Decatur. It is in a
nice little
development that is slated to grow much bigger in the next 25 years (they have an extensive development plan).
The space is a fairly raw Butler building high bay space. The ceilings are at least 20ft. The floors are mo
stly sealed concrete. The space has a loading dock height roll-up door.
Parking: There appears to be plenty of parkin
g. The only time it tends to fill up is Friday and Saturday night for the dinner crown at FIGO.
Space Subdivision: There are no other rooms in the space so we would have the expense of adding a server space and routing ducts from the AC unit
Toilets: It has a single toilet room with a shower and a utility sink.
HVAC: The space has a small AC unit(not sufficient for the whole space) that could be tasked for server cooling. It has an industrial gas heating unit. The space also has vents on the roof that can be opened up to allow better air circulation.
Electrical: The power is a standard 110/220 panel (the power was out while we were there).
Other Features/issues: One of the immediate neightbors is a theater company/school. The agent said that they have a few performances/year so noise might be an issue then but not the rest of the time. Camera phone videos of the site are attached. Flickr Set of the property: http://www.flickr.com/photos/agocs/sets/72157616713811396/ |
