- Natural space that can be easily partitioned for a class-room.

- Owner is a fellow geek, loves the idea of a hacker space! Would like to have us as tenants.
Downsides? - Way over budget, especially considering the neighborhood. Avondale warehouse is way cheaper, safer, and a comparable size.
- It's not exactly a "bad neighborhood", but a few blocks south definitely is.
- No kitchen.
- May be too small.
