  • Natural space that can be easily partitioned for a class-room.
  • Security via key-fobs.  Can get as many as we need.

Downsides?
  • Way over budget, especially considering the neighborhood. Avondale warehouse is way cheaper, safer, and a comparable size.
  • It's not exactly a "bad neighborhood", but a few blocks south definitely is.
  • No kitchen.
  • May be too small.
