- Install GPG4WIN
- Install Thunderbird
- Configure Thunderbird against your existing email account
- Install Enigmail Plug-in
- Create a Public-Private Key Pair
- Remember your passphrase!
- (Optional) Generate a revocation certificate
- Publish your public key
