To use the Phone, Dial your number you wish to call and hit Dial then pick up the phone and hit headset or Pick up the headset, then Dial your number and hit dial then headset if needed
to answer the phone pick up the phone and hit headset if needed.
NOTE: The phone doesn't have a mic so in speakerphone its a intercom
