At Analog Game Night, we get together to play board games and hang out. And also maybe to use the Laser Cutter and 3D Printers to design our own!


[[TED Talks and Discussion]] (First Wednesday)
: Buildout is an open event where both members and folks from the community set aside their projects and get to work on improving our space itself. Nearly all of Freeside's major infrastructure changes were started or completed during one buildout or another, and it's a great chance to make a difference at this awesome place we're all building together. Come swing a hammer, or just put one back on the wall, and at some point we'll even try to feed you pizzas for your trouble.
Let's get together to watch a few talks and have some discussion! We'll also give some talks of our own, too.

CryptoParty is an informal, non-commercial gathering where folks can discuss select topics in privacy, information security and technology.

: Whether you're a seasoned musician with a thing for local scenes, or a fledgling ukulele player trying to get on a stage for the first time, you'll find a microphone waiting for you at the Music Meetup and Open Mic at Freeside Atlanta.
A casual astronomy meetup to talk about stars and planets and build our own telescope!


[[Freeside Braniacs]] (Last Sunday)
: Our open mic works a little different. To stretch those musical muscles, we start off the evening with a new activity each month at 7:30 and then proceed to a traditional open mic at 8:30. After the open mic, we open the stage up for a free jam that lasts until the last person leaves the room.
Brainiacs is a meetup that is all about neuroscience and brain-computer interfaces.
