Some deliverables absolutely require a licensed electrician.  Given that, we aim to identify all deliverables that do require an electrician, as well as other deliverables that can better be addressed by an electrician, assuming that we engage one for a deliverable requiring a permit.

:::* Electrician items
Installing power for the kiln (many Freesiders await the ability to use our fine kiln) requires 240V power, and hence a permit, and hence a licensed electrician. A number of other desired improvements would benefit from the installation of 240V power in convenient places.
::::* Run electrical to Form1 room (Review existing circuits available above the clean room, may be possible to move this to work we can do based upon existing quad that was in that room's ceiling)
Installing power more conveniently located in the non-metal area of the workshop would require 120V power, and woul require a permit, and hence an electrician.
::::* Run electrical to kiln (see 220 items below)
:::::* Per Scott, " Pretty sure it's split phase 240.  Pretty sure it just needs a 50A split phase outlet to run on 208V at a lower temperature/ramp."
::::* install lights in hallway (need to look to see if there is an existing junction box usable in the attic or hallway, in which case we might be able to do this ourselves)
::::* Install dropped quads in workshop (was: 120v cables to quads in workshop)
::::* 220v 50A to front left corner of auto bay (Duplicate of Kiln item above)
::::* 220v 30A to large air compressor (in doorway in back wall)
::::* 220v 50A drop to welding table
::::* Split metal shop\auto bay lights to their own switch that can be turned on/off from there (we could do this, but well worth having electrician do it while they're working on the 220v in this area)
::::* Run electrical and wire up the two new exterior lights outside the back

:::* Unknown Items
Some deliverables might not require a permit or licensed electrician, such as connecting wired outlets to existing power in junction boxes.
::::* hole in outlet above projector (What does this mean? There's a hole in the outlet? Please provide more details.)
::::* inspect for exposed outlets (Not really sure what this means? Outlets without a cover? If so, move to list of items we can do)

:::* Repair Items we can do
We need to finalize our agenda for use when conferring with an electrician. Jud has contacted two.  One has responded. However, these quotes will not address the agenda we will soon create, so these quotes will be used as references.
::::* Fix electrical to light in kitchen (repair of existing work)
<pre>
::::* Remove dropped quads from above work tables in front

::::* run electrical to outlets on wall between work tables and admin closet (these are existing outlets, so a repair not new work)
*** In Scope
::::* replace removed dropped quads above work tables with outlets at wall for each table (This is existing rough work, so a repair)

Some deliverables absolutely require a licensed electrician. Given that, we aim to identify all deliverables that do require an electrician, as well as other deliverables that can better be addressed by an electrician, assuming that we engage one for a deliverable requiring a permit.

Installing power for the kiln (many Freesiders await the ability to use our fine kiln) requires 240V power, and hence a permit, and hence a licensed electrician. A number of other desired improvements would benefit from the installation of 240V power in convenient places. Installing power more conveniently located in the non-metal area of the workshop would require 120V power, and woul require a permit, and hence an electrician.

Some deliverables might not require a permit or licensed electrician, such as connecting wired outlets to existing power in junction boxes.

We need to finalize our agenda for use when conferring with an electrician. Jud has contacted two. One has responded. However, these quotes will not address the agenda we will soon create, so these quotes will be used as references.
